Oracle wants to hear Google CEO Larry Page, to pursue the search giant for more than Android.
The letter on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Donna Ryu, Oracle said it will take four depositions before the data collection phase ends July 29. The first is a page.
Oracle said:

Google also intends to take the deposition of former Google employees Dipchand Nisha and Bob Lee. Both were involved in the launch of Android. Oracle also wants deposition, Tim Lindholm, Android software engineer and a former Sun employee who was involved in negotiations between Google and Sun Java license.
Google does not agree with Oracle must allocate page.

(Page) would have made the decision to acquire, Inc. Android, and then to develop and launch a platform that Oracle now claims infringes its patents and copyrights. Mr. Page has also participated in the negotiations that took place between the Sun and Google's Android and the Java license in subsequent communications, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison (whose testimony is required by Google). Oracle believes that Mr. Page certificates may be relevant in relation to a number of other key issues here as well as the value of the infringement to Google. |
